- Helped design and manufacture suspension parts for Formula Buckeyes, the FSAE team of Ohio State University.
- Secured 3rd overall in FSAE Michigan ‘23, our highest-ever finish since 2001.
Suspension Design (What I worked on mostly).
- Carbon-fibre control arms to reduce compliance and weight.
- Uprights: Billet 7075-T6 (manufactured in-house) to reduce stiffness and complexity.
- 3-piece Carbon fibre rim with 7075-T6 wheel centre (manufactured in-house).
- Designed and manufactured uprights, mounts, and hard points using the mill and lathe for the control arms and sway bar.
